2012 Annual Continuing Education Report Requirements

It's time to report annual continuing education. Please use the new 2011-2012 NCTCA Continuing Education Reporting form.

  1. If you are certified in the NCTCA program a Continuing Education form must be submitted each year whether you attended conferences, workshops, etc. or not.
  2. If you were certified in the NCTCA program within the reporting period (May 1 – April 30) you may not use any continuing education you obtained prior to your certification date.
  3. You must fill out the continuing education form completely in order to get the correct amount of hours awarded. Hours must be listed and totaled. Numbers should match.
  4. Please do not include any information except for the current reporting year (May 1, 2011 – April 30, 2012). Please do not use this form to submit hours from a previous year.
